REAL ESTATE Patricia B. Bowman is the firm's real estate paralegal. The real estate office is located in the annex building at the rear of the main office. She has been with the firm for 14 years and has worked for attorneys for 18 years in Virginia, Georgia, and California. She is responsible for assisting in all real estate matters, including title examinations, preparation and coordination of all closing documents, obtaining and interpretation of title insurance policies, and disbursement of closing funds. Patrica is the underwriter and manager for Court Street Title, Inc., which is a Southern Title Insurance agency.

ASSISTANT TO THE COMMISSIONER OF ACCOUNTS Heather Underwood Altice joined Furrow & Dudley, P.C. in April of 2006. She is a 1998 graduate of Franklin County High School. Heather assists David Furrow with the Commissioner of Accounts work. In David Furrow's absence, all persons who require assistance and/or information concerning estates are referred to Heather. Heather also works with Patricia Bowman on real estate matters.

OFFICE MANAGER/LEGAL ASSISTANT Junellen R. Chandler has been the office manager and secretary to David A. Furrow since 1989, and also assisted Allen ("A.J.") Dudley, Jr, since he joined the firm in Decemeber 2001. She is responsible for preparing all necessary pleadings filed in all State Courts and in all Federal Courts. Junellen has gained a close working relationship with the court personnel in all local State Courts which proves invaluable in ensuring the proper and timely filing of all necessary documents. Junellen also assists in managing corporation accounts.

SECRETARY Ruth E. Prillaman joined Furrow & Dudley, P.C. in September of 2007. She is the secretary to A.J. Dudley for domestic, criminal and civil matters. Ruth is responsible for scheduling, correspondence, preparation of various legal documents and other administrative tasks involving Mr. Dudley's practice.
